How Delivery Works

When you commence check-out:

1. Enter your phone...NOT your email.  This way we can contact you real-time about your order.

2.  Enter your preferred delivery address.

3. Select "LOCAL DELIVERY" as your shipping option. The system will determine whether you are within our delivery radius or not.

4. Select the "DATE & TIME OF DELIVERY" (a window of multiple hours is also optional and quite welcome as it allows our deliveries to run more smoothly).

5. Any special instructions (extra flavoring, light ice, etc.) should be entered under "ORDER NOTE" and then anything for the driver (gate codes, pet warnings, parking instructions, etc.) entered under "DELIVERY NOTE". You will receive an email within a few minutes with your order confirmation. 

6. A member of the Drip2Door Team will call you to confirm your order and delivery time. Please ensure that you answer this call, or your order could be delayed or cancelled.

7. Sit back and relax as we get your order prepared and packed!

8. Before you know it, a Drip2Door Team member will arrive with your goodies. PLEASE have your DRIVERS LICENSE ready to show the driver. We CANNOT finalize your delivery without verifying you are at least 21 years old.

Given that electronic cigarettes are an adult-only tobacco product, we are required to remain extremely firm regarding our delivery methods.

Drip2Door reserves the right to cancel/refund your order if you are:
1)unavailable at the time of delivery,
2) unable to produce the proper identification, or
3) the driver has reason to believe the order was placed for an underage individual.

In the case of any of the above scenarios or similar, your product fees will be reimbursed, but the delivery fee will not be refunded.
